Custom vinyl is a process where you cut out an image onto a piece of vinyl.  This is done by loading a design into a cutter, that as its name states, cuts out an image.  The excess vinyl is then weeded out to reveal the image.  Vinyl can be used on many different material because vinyl comes in several styles each with its own unique purpose.
