How We Create Custom Vinyl Products

The custom vinyl process starts like all of our other services, with design.  Once the design is settled on we can move to preparing the image for the cutter.  

The image is then opened in the cutters software and the image is mirrored. If we do not mirror the image it will come out backwards and no one wants that.  

We then select the speed and pressure we want it cut at and then submit the image for cutting.  Once the image is done cutting out we are ready to begin weeding out the excess vinyl.  During this portion we have to make sure that we don't accidentally remove portions of the vinyl that are supposed to stay on.  

To do this we often have print out the image on paper for reference. Now all thats left to do is to place the vinyl on the shirt and using a heat press we press and seal the vinyl to the shirt.
